The common equipment for hydrogen compression is a hydrogen compressor, referred to as a hydrogen compressor. Analysis of equipment damage: (1) Fatigue wear of normal metal: Since the equipment is in a working condition of high temperature and high load for a long time, the fatigue characteristics of the metal itself will be manifested in a certain period, resulting in a gap between the bearing and the shaft mating surface. Timely discovery will result in a matching gap during operation. The bearing and the shaft surface move relative to each other, causing severe wear of the shaft within a short period of time; (2) Lack of maintenance means: If the bearing is in the working state, if the lubrication and cooling are not in place, it will easily lead to the increase of the frictional force of the bearing itself, the temperature rise, and even the ablation phenomenon. The transmission torque will act on the bearing and the shaft. The mating surface causes wear on the surface, which in turn causes the fit clearance, resulting in increased wear on the shaft.
The site repair steps are as follows:
※ According to the actual size measured on site, the repair tool corresponding to the processing is produced;
※ Perform surface degreasing treatment;
※ Surface roughening treatment;
※ Reconcile and smear the carbon nano-polymer material and restore the worn bearing size with the repair tooling;
※ Material curing: heat curing for 2 hours to ensure the material is completely cured;
※ Remove the excess material after extrusion and remove the excess material and measure the dimensional accuracy with a micrometer;
※ Check the repair surface, then apply the carbon nano-polymer material twice and heat the bearing to complete the repair.
